How far in advance should we book with you

Our bookings are based on a first-come, first served basis so we recommend booking as soon as you can especially if your event is in a peak season, June to October.

We are currently not taking any new bookings for 2022.

 

 

Do you have a minimum?

Yes we do have a minimum per order per event. We have a minimum of $500.00 on all rental items before the 20% damage deposit is applied.​

Do I need a appointment to see your items?

Yes! You are welcome to make a appointment to view the decor.  For viewing the decor, you can call or email to schedule appointment.  You are also welcome to view our website however, we usually have more items in our shop than what is shown. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram as we do post new items on there.  

What's your rental process look like?

Visit our rentals page and browse our selection of rentals.  Add the items to your Wishlist and provide us a few pieces of information and submit.  Once Wishlist is received we will check for items availability and draft a quote.  The quote will be emailed to you for you to review.  Once you are ready to move forward, approve your quote and pay the 50 % deposit or full payment those items will be secured and booked for the event!

Do you do smaller events the full package?

Yes, we do! We can do birthday celebrations, anniversary's, dinner parties, proposal dinners, outdoor BBQ gatherings.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash or email transfer.

Are you open all season?

We are closed for events from November- March however, we can still take bookings online.

How long is the rental period?

Our rentals are based on a 1-4 day period, Friday-Monday.   If you need to extend your rental, that can be negotiated.

Do you offer delivery?

We can deliver, and pick up for an additional cost (depending on availability).  Inquire for a quote.

Where is pickup and return location?

Each client has the option for WR to deliver their rental items, or they can pick them up themselves.  All rentals must be picked up in a enclosed vehicle or trailer.  No Exceptions!

We are located 13 km West of Camrose, Alberta.

Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, and flatware?

No, but rising and scraping them free of food and debris is required. Drain out and liquids in the glasses.  Cleaning charge will apply if the items are not returned in this condition.

Do I have to wash linen?

No, please do not wash the linen.  Linens must be dry to prevent mildew, free of wax, food or confetti and place in the bin provided or on the hangers covered with plastic bag. 

I lost, damage your item

  The client is responsible for loss or damaged of item(s) and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair.  All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were picked up or delivered.  All boxes and containers need to be returned.
