Any deposit/reservation fees are non-refundable. Our rentals include Friday to Monday. The damage deposit is equal to 20% of your order total and is applied toward your final bill. Deposits will be returned 1-2 business days after return date. Minimum rental fee is $500.00 before the 20% damage deposit is applied. A non refundable 50 % booking retainer is required to secure your date and contract. Your order will not be considered "reserved" until a deposit and signed contract are received. The client may add to their contract but may not remove items. This payment can be made by cash or email transfer only. Remaining balance due 60 days before event date. Any cancelations within 60 days of the event date will be charged at full rental rates.
